Cheryl Wat was born and raised on Long Island, but now lives in New York City.  She graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Marketing and Finance and has 10 years of marketing experience working in the Finance industry as an Analyst in Marketing Research and Product Management.  

With Cheryl's marketing experience and passion for food, she established Book of Eats, to share her dining experiences at restaurants in her local area and areas that she travels to.

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys cooking quick and easy meals, spinning, running, going to the beach, traveling to places that are easy to get around by walking or public transportation, and spending time with her dog.
