Updated: Jun 12, 2019
Gaijin is a small omakase and robata restaurant that uses traditional Japanese cooking technique and incorporating Executive Chef Mark's own inspiration to the dishes. The restaurant has a small chef's counter serving only their omakase menu. There's also a few tables with seating and an outside area that seats about 45 people. Gaijin in Japanese means "foreigner" or "non-Japanese".
