Dons Bogam Black

Updated: Jun 12, 2019

Dons Bogam Black is a new upscale Korean BBQ dining concept, from the same owner of Dons Bogam. The space is 4,000 square feet, seating 160 guests in the dining area and 40 guests in the bar/lounge area, with "Black" as the main color theme. The dining area has a 40-foot long video wall that rotates images of Korea, has custom made decorative elements and lighting imported from Korea.

The menu ranges from japchae, to kimchi pancakes, to a vast selection of meat under the Korean BBQ section. The Korean BBQ is prepared table-side on smoke eliminating hi-tech carts. Meat is carefully selected to provide guests with the best quality.

Recommended Dishes:

  • Japchae - sauteed glass noodle with vegetables and soy sauce

  • Ribeye

  • Pork Jowl
