Soogil is a Korean restaurant in the East Village, named after Chef Soogil Lim, who previously worked at the 2-Michelin star restaurant, Daniel. Here he combines his French culinary training with his Korean heritage bringing together dishes such as: glass noodles, foie gras, and mung bean sprout pancake.
