Garlic Butter Salmon

Salmon baked in a garlicky butter sauce that's perfect for Summer!

Servings: 4


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless (cut evenly into 4 pieces)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Parsley

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Rub salmon with minced garlic and parsley

  3. In a bowl, squeeze half a lemon and add 1/4 cup of the melted butter. then pour the mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top

  4. Place in oven for about 10-12 minutes and serve
