Garlic Butter Salmon
Salmon baked in a garlicky butter sauce that's perfect for Summer!
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb salmon fillets, skinless (cut evenly into 4 pieces)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Rub salmon with minced garlic and parsley
In a bowl, squeeze half a lemon and add 1/4 cup of the melted butter. then pour the mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top
Place in oven for about 10-12 minutes and serve
