Swedish Meatballs Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans low sodium beef broth

  • 6 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • Black pepper


Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add beef broth and flour. Whisk until clumps are all gone. Let simmer and thicken for 3 minutes

  2. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes and sprinkle with black pepper

  3. Serve over egg noodles and meatballs
