Buffalo Chicken Wings
Hot crispy buffalo wings that are Paleo and Whole30 friendly.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup arrowroot starch (use cornstarch if you're not following a specific diet)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil cooking spray
1/2 cup Whole30 hot buffalo sauce (or regular hot sauce if you're not following a specific diet)

DIRECTIONS:
Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel and add to a large bowl
Add arrowroot starch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to evenly coat the seasoning
Lay the wings out on a tray and spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray
Transfer the wings to the air fryer rack and cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes on each side
Take the wings out and dip it in the hot buffalo sauce. Place them back in the air fryer and cook at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour the remaining sauce on the wings and cook for another 5 minutes then serve with celery, carrot sticks and your favorite dressing
