Chicken Meatballs w/Zucchini Noodles
A healthy delicious version of spaghetti and meatballs that will leaving you feeling satisfied.

1 lb Ground chicken
1/2 cup dairy-free Mozzarella (or regular if not following a specific diet)
1/4 cup of almond flour (or regular if not following a specific diet)
4 garlic cloves, minced
Red pepper flakes (optional)
10 oz Zucchini noodles
In a large bowl, add ground chicken, mozzarella, flour and garlic. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper to your liking. Mix well and form 12 meatballs to set aside on a place
Pour a small amount of olive oil to coat the bottom of a large cast iron skillet over a medium high heat. Cook for about 8 minutes on each side until it browns. Remove from skillet and set aside
Heat air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook zucchini noodles for 10 minutes
Remove zucchini noodles when finished, add the chicken meatballs, top with your favorite sauce and serve. [Optional: add red pepper flakes to it]
