Chicken Parmesan

  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 4 large eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken cutlets

  • Salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 16 oz box of spaghetti

  • 32 oz jar of desired marinara sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  2. Cook spaghetti according to box packaging

  3. Grab 3 bowls: In bowl 1, mix the bread crumbs and grated parmesan together.  In bowl 2, beat 4 large eggs.  Use bowl 3 for the all purpose flour

  4. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper

  5. Dip the chicken in flour, then in the egg mixture, and lastly, coat with the bread crumb mixture and set aside on a plate

  6. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high and lightly coat the bottom with olive oil.  Let it heat for 1 minute, then add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

  7. Pour the jar of marinara sauce into a baking pan.  Add the chicken and top it with the shredded mozzarella.  Then bake in the oven for 10 minutes and serve on spaghetti
