Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs

An easy to make chicken thighs recipe that has a delicious crispy, garlicky and lemony skin.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 chicken thighs

  • 4 tbsp ghee

  • Rosemary

  • Garlic Powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 Lemons

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brush olive oil evenly on both sides of the chicken

  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary

  3. Insert 1/2 tbsp of ghee and some garlic under the skin of each chicken thigh

  4. Squeeze both lemons all over the chicken

  5. Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook the chicken thighs on the rack for 10 minutes (skin side up), brush melted ghee and juices onto the skin, flip over and cook for 10 minutes (skin side down), then brush the melted ghee and juices onto the skin again, flip over and cook for 5 more minutes (skin side up), then serve
