Mushroom Steak Sauce
A savory mushroom sauce enriched with butter.

4 tbsp butter
16 oz mushrooms sliced
1 1/2 tsp garlic minced
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp parsley
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large pan over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms have softened and browned. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the flour
Slowly whisk in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce thickens. Stir in the another 2 tbsp of butter until melted
Sprinkle with parsley and pour sauce over steak
