Pan Seared Filet Mignon
Make yourself a tender filet mignon for dinner in little time!

6 oz filet mignon
3 tbsp butter
Heat cast iron skillet on high for 3 minutes
Use a paper towel to thoroughly dry the filet mignon
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add 3 tbsp butter to pan
Place filet in skillet and cook on one side for 2 minutes, while basting it with butter. Then flip with tongs and do the same for the other side
Use tongs to move the filet from the skillet to a plate. Cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes and then serve
