Rosemary Bone-In Pork Chops
An easy to make juicy pork chop - perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Olive oil cooking spray
2 bunches of green onions, sliced thin
1 tbsp thyme
1 lemon zested
4 bone-in pork chops, 1" thick
1 1/2 lb butternut squash, cubed
Rinse and make sure pork chops are completely patted dry
Spray baking pan with olive oil
Season the pork chops with sage, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon zest. Place on one half of the pan
Season butternut squash with salt and pepper. Place on the other half of the pan and top with green onions
Roast the pork and butternut squash in the air fryer for 16 minutes at 375 degrees. Then broil in the air fryer for 3 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and let the pork sit for 5 minutes before serving
