Sheet Pan Sesame Shrimp & Broccoli

Sesame shrimp and broccoli using only a sheet pan to help save on cleaning up those dishes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • Salt

  • Red pepper flakes

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 12 oz shrimp, deveined

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

35 min.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and sesame oil, and season with salt and red pepper flakes to your liking

  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the broccoli and lemon slices evenly on one half of the pan

  4. Roast for 20 minutes or until the broccoli begins to brown.  Stir the broccoli and flip the lemon slices over

  5. Using the same bowl, mix the shrimp, garlic, ghee, and coconut aminos add to the other side of the baking pan as one single layer

  6. Roast the broccoli, lemon, and shrimp for 10 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque
